Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri ise olu\u015fturulmu\u015f ya da olu\u015fturulacak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma birimlerine, etkinliklere ve genel kurul toplant\u0131lar\u0131na kat\u0131lmak, \u00f6dentilerini zaman\u0131nda \u00f6demek, Dernek ama\u00e7 ve hizmet konular\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak gerekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>ONURSAL \u00dcYE:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Dernek i\u00e7in, Derne\u011fin ama\u00e7 ve hizmet konular\u0131nda uygun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bulunan, ya da bulunabilecek, toplumda sevgi ve sayg\u0131 duyulan \u00f6nder ki\u015filer, iki \u00fcyenin \u00f6nerisi ve Dernek Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun karar\u0131 ile onursal \u00fcye yap\u0131labilir. Onursal \u00fcyelerin se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 yoktur. \u00d6denti vermekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc de\u011fildirler. En az 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k As\u0131l \u00fcyelerden aidat borcu olmayan ve 65 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 dolduranlar onursal \u00fcyeli\u011fe ge\u00e7erler, se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme haklar\u0131 devam eder, aidat \u00f6deme zorunlulu\u011fu kalkar.<\/p>\n<p>Dernek \u00fcyelik \u015fartlar\u0131 :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dernek \u00fcyesi olmak isteyen adaylar, Dernek ama\u00e7 ve hizmet konular\u0131 ile Ana T\u00fcz\u00fck h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini kabul ettiklerini belirten \u00fcyelik ba\u015fvuru formunu web sayfas\u0131 \u00fczerinden doldurup, ilk y\u0131l aidat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6deyerek, y\u00f6netim kurulunca belirtilen di\u011fer evraklar ile birlikte Dernek Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na iletirler. \u0130nternet ortam\u0131nda \u00fcye olamayanlar bas\u0131l\u0131 evrak doldurarak \u00fcye olabilirler.<\/li>\n<li>Dernek Y\u00f6netim Kurulu, Derne\u011fe geli\u015f tarihinden ba\u015flamak \u00fczere 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde aday\u0131n iste\u011fi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>ile ilgili karar\u0131n\u0131 verir ve sonucu ba\u015fvuru sahibine elektronik ortamda, ya da yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak\u00a0 bildirilir.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\u00dcyelik y\u00f6netim kurulu karar\u0131 ile kesinle\u015fir.<\/li>\n<li>Dernek Y\u00f6netim Kurulunun aday\u0131n iste\u011finin reddine ili\u015fkin karar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131, aday Genel Kurula<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>itirazda bulunulabilir. Ba\u015fvurusu kabul edilen \u00fcye, bu ama\u00e7la tutulacak deftere kaydedilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Madde 5 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00dcyelik Aidat\u0131 ve \u00dcyenin Haklar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>5.1.\u00dcyelik Aidat\u0131 ve Belirlenmesi:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcye olmak isteyenler derne\u011fe kay\u0131t \u00fccreti ve y\u0131ll\u0131k aidat \u00f6demek zorundad\u0131r Kay\u0131t \u00fccreti kay\u0131t tarihinden itibaren otuz (30) g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde, y\u0131ll\u0131k aidat ise her y\u0131l Haziran ay\u0131na kadar \u00f6denir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcye kay\u0131t \u00fccreti ve y\u0131ll\u0131k aidat miktar\u0131n\u0131 belirlemeye y\u00f6netim kurulu yetkilidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.2. \u00dcyenin Haklar\u0131:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dernek \u00fcyeleri e\u015fit haklara sahiptir. \u00dcye oyunu bizzat kendisi kullanmak zorundad\u0131r.
